Today was crazy, I had to get up at 530a to get through immigration (one time deal thankfully) after that wrapped up about 8a I met the vendor who came on board to repair some busted gear we have, just hangin out really. I learned quite a bit about the conference rooms, we've got some cool capabilities in there!
Met mom about 115p and we went to Joey's for lunch. It was nice, I talked her ear off about the past voyage and then we went back. I taped footage for a Muster Drill which was more fun than I thought.
A Muster Drill is a law-enforced drill that requires guests put on their life
jacket and go out to a point where they will be rescued in case of damage to the
ship.
So I'm basically just putting a camera in the faces of a bunch of new passengers who are standing out in the cold wearing life jackets. It was fun, I got the people into it and they had a lot of fun with it all.
Went back and checked out my bag of goodies from mom, got some cool christmas things and a singing snowman who yells a dog who pees on him! haha Thanks Dad!
Headin out shortly to shoot a morning show of the Cruise Director, he's a little wacky so we'll see what we shoot this time.
